Legal Services Overview
Over the years, Mr. Sawyier has worked with a number of credit groups at JPMorgan, as well as representing other institutions (in the 1980’s, Swiss Bank Corporation, and later State Street, Helaba and Bank of Tokyo).
After a lengthy tenure with Orrick & Herrington, Mr. Sawyier joined Holland & Knight in 2005, and has formed his own firm in 2009 primarily representing lenders, albeit institutions and primarily in transactions involving accounts receivable and similar established types of collateral. He has also been doing some venture capital and IT type-work.
